Shipping policy

SHIPPING DETAILS:

  • We ship from our studio in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
  • Canada Post is our shipping courier (may periodically change due to availability)
  • Shipping discount promotions may occur from time to time, and may change without notice. 
  • Currently offering free shipping to Canada with orders $150 and higher, and free shipping internationally, with orders above $250 and higher. Cart amount for free shipping to activate is the price before taxes are applied (if applicable). 
  • We are currently not shipping products to the USA until the tariff war is over, and shipping issues amongst Canada and the USA are resolved in an appropriate and fair manner. We aren't set up to continually adjust our prices with the ever changing tariff demands, causing our customers in the USA to pay outrageous tariff prices due to tariffs and De Minimus rules put forward by the USA Government. We will turn back on our USA sales/shipping once these issues are settled. 
  • International orders - please be advised that we may collect VAT/tariffs/duty charges on orders, depending on your location and governmental laws, however, there may be VAT/Tariffs/duty/tax charges that we are not obligated to collect which may be added to your order to be paid upon delivery. These potential fees are non-refundable and Iron Vulture has no control over these, nor to we re-pay them. Please speak with your local post office, customs broker or government for further details on these potential shipping/border crossing/ tax charges. 
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These costs are based on your shipping location, weight and dimensions of package, and delivery speed you have chosen. For free shipping to activate, certain thresholds must be met. they are stated above in bullet point #4.
  • Made to order t-shirts are printed from one of our printing partners in various corners of the world. They take approximately 3-7 business days to create the product, and approximately 4-12 days to ship it (depending on where you live). You will receive product shipping updates upon ordering. Please order these Made to Order items in advance, as they take more time to create and process.

All orders require 1-3 days prior to shipping for processing. Please factor this time into the overall shipping time.
