Refund policy

Before placing your order, please ensure you have carefully read the product description, measurements, studied the photos, measured yourself, know the shipping times and understand any potential customs/duty fees that could be incurred by ordering our products from Canada.
We want our products to live happily with our customers, while limiting their carbon footprint,  through back and forth shipping- via returns and re-purcahses. Thank you <3

CANADA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please contact us immediately when you receive your package, so we can discuss the issue.The return process must be completed within 14 days of initial purchase date. We will not offer refunds past this timeframe. 

NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COSTS and/or RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
(with a few exceptions- which will be discussed prior to return arrangement).

All items must be returned in original condition - please be advised that items are photographed, inspected and documented before shipment packaging. If the item(s) are returned worn, damaged, laundered, scented or altered in any way, a refund will not be granted. 
All promotional materials must be returned with items as well, including any freebies and/or gifts that may have accompanied the purchase. 

There are absolutely NO refunds for undergarments, swimwear, custom products, gift cards and final sales. 

We do not offer store credit or exchanges. Please understand that we sell on a first come, first serve basis, so we do not save items for anyone. 

Refunds issued may take 5-12 business days to reflect in your bank account. 

USA AND INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS AVAILABLE FOR USA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We ship from Canada - Therefor customs, duties, taxes, VAT and/or tariffs may be added to your package by your respective government.

These potential fees are the customers responsibility to pay upon delivery of their package. 
We do not reimburse, credit or refund these potential fees. 

Please contact your post office or customs agency and inform yourself about border crossing fees.
Please, do not attempt to return the package, it will sit in customs and ultimately be destroyed.
