SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING RATES:
- Shipping rates are based on your location and chosen method of shipment. Shipping rates will vary depending on these factors.
- Shipping discount promotions may occur from time to time, and may change without notice.
- Free shipping to Canada on orders over $250 CAD.
- Free shipping to USA on orders over $200 USD
- Countries outside of Canada are welcomed to purchase from Iron Vulture, but I currently do not offer free shipping to those countries. Please stay posted for shipping & product deals, sales & discounts, which may allow for countries outside of Canada to take advantage of savings.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:
- Shipping transit times will vary based on the location that the package is being shipped to and the method of shipment that is chosen during the checkout process.
- Please take into consideration that packages may take longer to be delivered due to the following:
Holidays and holiday seasons, Covid 19, weekends, postal strikes...etc. - All Items purchased are packaged & shipped from my studio in Ontario, Canada.
- Processing time for each package usually takes 1-3 business days. From the moment your order is placed, I ensure that your order is correctly processed, packaged and that all shipping details are correct before shipping it off.
- Transit times generally look like the following (not including 1-3 business days to process order) :
- CANADA: 3-7 Business days
- USA: 4-8 Business days
- INTERNATIONAL: 5-12 Business days
TRACKING:
- Tracking numbers are provided on each order.
- I require package tracking in order to ensure that you receive your package and that we both have an "electronic paper trail", in case the postal service provider has not fulfilled their delivery obligation.
- Although the basic shipping option costs less to ship, I do not use this shipping method as an option in my shop. Basic shipping does not provide tracking numbers, and in order to ensure order fulfillment, I require them for the safety of my customers purchases, as well as my business' security.
- I will always try my best to provide the best shipping costs as I can. Nobody likes paying for shipping costs, including myself. With that being said, I may change shipping providers from time to time so that I can find the most reliable & cost effective shipping option for all involved in the transaction.
- Currently I ship from Canada Post. If another provider is offering a better deal and security, I will ship through that courier.
CUSTOMS & DUTY CHANGES:
- Please be advised that Iron Vulture products are being shipped from my studio in Ontario, Canada.
- If you reside outside of Canada, there may be additional customs/duty charges on your package. These charges are out of my control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. I do not reimburse, refund or offer credits for these charges.
- Please contact your local post office or customs agency to inquire about these possible charges. Charges may vary based on the country you live in and the goods being shipped, and sometimes there are no charges at all.
- If you are returning an item (that will be returned in the specified time frame, is unworn, unwashed and not damaged) that has incurred a customs or duty charge, this charge will not be reimbursed, refunded or credited by Iron Vulture. Only the cost of the items purchased will be subject to a refund consideration if the returned item(s) meet the return policy criteria.
PROCESSING TIME:
- All orders require 1-3 business days to process before shipping to the customer.
- Processing time ensures that all details of the order are correct and packed properly, so you receive what you paid for.
- I get really excited when I get an order, so I usually process orders quicker than advertised ;)
RETURNS:
- Before ordering, please ensure that you have read all of the product description, size options/measurements, materials composition, color variants, processing time, estimated shipping time and that your shipping address is filled out properly. I would like to keep Iron Vulture's carbon footprint as small as possible, and one way to do so, is by ensuring that my customers are fully aware of the product details, in hopes of limiting the need for product returns. Please note that colors of products may slightly differ based on each individual computer screen. I will try my best to photograph and describe the items as close as I can to their natural color.
- Please contact me if you need help with measurements or have any questions about a product. I would rather inform you fully on the product, so you are certain it is the right product for you, than to have it take an unnecessary journey, only to return to my studio.
- Returns are not allotted to products that are on sale, made to order, swimwear, undergarments and/or customized orders.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately and we will work together to find a solution. This may be in the form of a monetary refund, store credit or partial refund (depending on the circumstance)
- Promotional materials and packaging must be returned with the items being returned. Any packaging/promotional materials not returned will be taken off the potential refund for the customer.
- If a return & refund criteria is met, the item(s) must be returned un-worn and un-washed, with all original packaging, attached tags & promotional materials.
- The return process must be started within a maximum of 14 days after you receive it. Please email me within these 14 days to start this return process.
- If the return process has not been started within 14 days of receiving your item(s), a full or partial return and/or coupons/store credit will not be granted.
- All shipping charges that the customer has incurred in correlation with the purchase and/or return will not be refunded by Iron Vulture. This includes customs & duty charges.
